The equipment installed in our building is designed to meet the needs of our employees, providing them with satisfaction and comfort in their daily lives, while preserving the environment.
All new employees are welcomed onto the job in a friendly manner, thanks to a mentoring system, and with peace of mind, thanks to the documentation of our processes and activities. A training program is followed in conjunction with the manager, and we are committed to ensuring that all our employees develop their technical skills. The risks inherent in our activity are studied periodically, and action plans to reduce risk at source are implemented throughout the year.
The results of this analysis are communicated, and information is made available. Collective protective equipment is always given priority over individual protective equipment, to reduce day-to-day constraints while guaranteeing optimum protection.
Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, and teams in charge of personal protection in emergency situations are regularly trained.
Several years ago, our logistics department began training to prevent risks linked to physical activity.

Local Commitment
A2C is a company committed to the local economy in which it operates.
We have been involved with charitable and educational associations for several years. For example, we take part in the race to help fight breast cancer in Toulouse, we have made donations to help Ukrainian families, and we regularly organize toy drives for the L'Isle Jourdain orphanage.
A2C is also involved with training centers to develop links with schools: by encouraging partnerships we develop the experience of young graduates from our regions. We take part in forums to maintain our attractiveness and promote local employment by choosing our service provision partnerships.
Several years ago, A2C set up a subsidy system with the Occitanie region via a car-sharing application to enable employees to pool their journeys and reduce the associated costs. In this way, we are helping to reduce our carbon footprint, while reducing the road risks associated with commuting.
A2C confirms its position by supporting its sportsmen and women and enthusiasts through the sponsorship of local associations such as rugby, basketball, the fire department and the local football association, and by maintaining our partnership with the “club aéro Gers”, for example.
